Well my temporary Server only lasted a few weeks until my replacement arrived. The new Server is much more robust and will be able to handle the email/file and print traffic.
The new Server is as follows:
Pentium 4 3.4GHz
1GB of DDR RAM
200GB of disk space in a RAID1 (Mirror) configuration
1GB Network Card
Windows Server 2003 Standard
